About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a Product Manager and if you are passionate about numbers, impact on metrics, running experiments, and seeing the financial results of your work — this is the role for you.
Requirements:
- Data-driven approach — ability to work with metrics and evaluate feature success;
- Proven experience in iGaming/Trading and deep understanding of unit economics (must-have);
- Skills in task setting for development and design, backlog prioritization, and preparation of A/B tests;
- Ability to analyze user experience and interfaces;
- Understanding of business hypotheses, ability to validate and support them with data;
- Ability to find balance between user value and product economics;
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian language.
Tasks
- Direct impact on key metrics: CR to FTD, LTV, Retention, Revenue;
- Extensive testing opportunities — dozens of hypotheses, mechanics, and interface experiments;
- Transparent and measurable results — you will see them in money, and not "by sight";
- The impact on the user experience of thousands of customers — bonuses are always visible;
