Accountabilities
- Prioritize enterprise and district-facing features for successful district-wide adoption.
- Partner closely with engineering to design scalable and reliable solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Partnerships to enhance engagement.
- Define and monitor success metrics related to district adoption and outcomes.
- Navigate trade-offs among district stakeholders for cohesive product experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with enterprise-focused products.
- Strong ability to partner with engineering to create scalable solutions.
- Experience evaluating ambiguous problems and delivering high-impact outcomes.
- Proven track record in fast-paced, startup environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Bias toward action and the ability to independently move projects forward.
- Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights for product decisions.
