Your responsibilities:

• Own the growth funnel strategy end-to-end — from acquisition channel mix through landing pages/funnels to app onboarding — setting the roadmap and prioritization, not just executing it.

• Define and drive the experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, messaging, UX, funnel iterations), setting testing priorities and standards for the wider team rather than running tests in isolation.

• Stay hands-on — personally build and ship landing pages, funnels, and experiments alongside the team, rather than only directing work from a distance.

• Lead market research and GTM strategy for new and existing markets, making the call on where and how to scale.

• Mentor and potentially manage growth/marketing hires as the function scales; establish processes others can follow.

Your skills:

• Proven experience leading or senior-level ownership of Growth, Product Marketing, or a similar growth function (B2C app experience strongly preferred).

• Extensive experience generating, prioritizing, and validating growth hypotheses through A/B testing, user research, interviews, and other experimentation methods.

• Advanced analytical skills with tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar; comfortable owning dashboards and being the source of truth on funnel performance.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, UA, Marketing.

• Comfortable owning ambiguity — building processes, systems, and team structure from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

• Deep understanding of user behavior and customer psychology, translated into channel and funnel strategy decisions.
