Job Title: Product Operations Manager
Job Location: New York, NY; telecommuting permitted
Duties: Lead the product operations team, overseeing the formation and deployment of high caliber tech teams tailored to client specifications; recruit, mentor, and manage a technical remote team across various regions, ensuring continuous professional development; innovate and enhance team formation tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness; architect scalable methodologies for streamlined team assembly while maintaining precision and quality; oversee daily tasks in product development, ensuring timely and successful product delivery; collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to synchronize efforts and influence the sales pipeline; maintain strategic relationships with talent, ensuring alignment between their skills and client needs; direct community outreach to identify and secure ideal candidates for mission-critical roles; manage onboarding and vetting processes to select the most suitable tech talent for client projects; and analyze data for ongoing measurement and enhancement of tech team success metrics.
Job Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or foreign equivalent, plus 18 months of experience as a lead in a team formation role at a tech company, and 18 months of experience using Hubspot, Zendesk, Jira, Retool, Looker, Notion, and Airtable.

Salary Offered: $146,453 - $180,000 per year.
