About the Role

We are looking for a talented Product Packaging Graphic Designer to join one of our growing U.S.-based clients. In this role, you will create impactful retail packaging and e-commerce visual assets for a wide range of consumer products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop packaging that is both visually compelling and production-ready while ensuring consistency across branding, print, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design retail-ready packaging for consumer products across multiple categories.


• Create packaging concepts, layouts, and production artwork from concept through final delivery.


• Prepare accurate print-ready mechanical files, including dielines and prepress specifications.


• Design digital assets for Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.


• Develop product graphics, labels, inserts, instruction manuals, and other supporting collateral.


• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and creative teams to maintain brand consistency.


• Ensure all artwork meets production, printing, and manufacturing requirements.


• Create compelling product presentations and visual assets for both online and retail environments.


• Stay up to date with packaging trends, design best practices, and emerging AI-powered creative tools.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in packaging design within an agency or in-house creative team.


• Strong portfolio showcasing retail packaging and consumer product design.


• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Dimension).


• Experience using Figma and AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms.


• Strong understanding of print production, packaging mechanics, dielines, prepress, and manufacturing processes.


• Experience creating artwork for Amazon, Walmart, or other e-commerce marketplaces.


• Excellent visual design, typography, color, and layout skills.


• Highly organized with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce accurate, production-ready artwork.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a remote team.


• Positive attitude and ability to perform well under tight deadlines.
