Accountabilities
- Lead the discovery phase for new products and enhancements, including market research and member feedback.
- Identify and evaluate strategic partners for product initiatives and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Monitor developments across financial services and synthesize insights to inform product strategy.
- Prepare product proposals and collaborate with project managers to support product development.
- Develop and deliver training materials for internal teams on new products and partner solutions.
- Present product concepts at conferences and industry events to showcase innovation.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of product management and credit union philosophy.
- Ability to use AI effectively in product research and market analysis.
- Strong skills in data collection, organization, and presentation using tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, both logical and creative.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various digital channels.
- Experience in product management and business development with a focus on strategic initiatives.
