You will be working for our client, a research-based biopharmaceutical company that is focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing innovative medicines for areas of unmet medical need. Their primary areas of focus include HIV/AIDS, liver diseases, and serious respiratory and cardiovascular conditions, and they've also expanded into oncology and cell therapy treatments.

In your day-to-day, you will
Capture detailed meeting minutes, including key decisions, rationale, and action items, and maintain a centralized decision log
Track action items to closure and follow up with owners between meetings
Maintain project trackers, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Provide clear, concise status updates highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies
Support documentation of business requirements, user stories, and process flows
Maintain organized repositories for project artifacts and documentation
Support coordination across Medical Affairs, IT, and vendor teams
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI tools
Maintain standardized templates for meeting notes, trackers, and documentation
Support intake tracking, backlog organization, and prioritization visibility
Skills you have
3 to 5+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a related role
Strong documentation and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and track deliverables independently
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
Skills that will make you stand out
Experience supporting Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or related functions
Familiarity with regulated environments and structured documentation practices
Exposure to content or data systems such as Vault, CRM, or similar platforms
Interest or hands-on experience with AI, automation, or digital tools
Experience working in global, cross-functional operating models
