INTECON LLC is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead contract and Task Order execution, supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met across the agency portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary interface with the Contracting Officer and COR for the Task Order management orders across the contract IDIQ.
• Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government Task Managers for all technical and management aspects.
• Develop and maintain Program/Project Management Plans (PMPs), baseline WBS, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Oversee all subcontractor performance, task distribution, and compliance with OCI mitigation plans.
• Conduct Program Management Reviews (PMRs), prepare trip reports, continuity reports, and status/financial reports.
• Provide briefings to senior Government leadership on contract status, technical progress, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accountabilities for all classified materials and compliance with security requirements.
• Support CPARS self-assessments and Government performance evaluations.
• Ensure effective risk management, quality assurance, and corrective actions across all Task Orders.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active Top Secret/SCI at time of hire; must be able to maintain TS/SCI eligibility and comply with polygraph if required.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; Master’s is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of program/project management experience in DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex IDIQ contracts or MACs with multiple task orders. DoD program/project management (planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams (engineering, R&D, intelligence analysis, M&S, cyber).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience briefing senior USAF, DoD, and IC leadership.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CPARS, and DoD acquisition policies.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coordinate across stakeholders and subcontractors.
