Oracle Hospitality is seeking a Program Manager to join our Oracle Consulting for Industries Business Unit. In this role, you'll lead the successful delivery of Oracle Hospitality solutions for some of the world's leading hotel, resort, restaurant, and hospitality organizations.


As a Program Manager, you'll oversee multiple implementation projects, collaborate with customers and cross-functional Oracle teams, and ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. What You'll Do


Lead Program Delivery



  • Manage one or more Oracle Hospitality implementation programs from planning through successful delivery.

  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet customer expectations.

  • Track program health, risks, dependencies, and milestones while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

  • Drive issue resolution by coordinating across Consulting, Cloud Operations, Product, and Support teams.


 


Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences



  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the project.

  • Lead customer meetings, executive status reviews, and program governance discussions.

  • Ensure successful transition from implementation to ongoing support and operations.


 


Improve Delivery Excellence



  • Standardize project management processes, reporting, and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Support resource planning and communicate staffing needs across multiple projects.

  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the consulting organization.


 


Collaborate Across Oracle



  • Partner closely with Consulting, Cloud Operations, Support, Product Development, and Customer Success teams.

  • Help resolve cross-functional challenges that impact project delivery.

  • Support organizational initiatives focused on operational excellence and customer success.


 


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise software implementations.

  • Experience implementing Oracle Hospitality solutions such as OPERA PMS, Oracle Food & Beverage, Simphony, or related hospitality applications.

  • Hospitality industry experience within hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, or food service organizations.

  • Experience leading cloud implementation projects and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Primavera, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).

  • PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manages Implementation Service deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $66,200 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
