This role is crucial for leading the planning, execution, and closure of various impactful programs related to climate solutions. The Program Manager will coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders, ensuring that projects are aligned with strategic goals and are delivered on time. Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of program cycles under Climate Challenges.
- Manage program workplans, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with clear governance.
- Strengthen relationships with utilities, corporates, startups, funders, and ecosystem partners.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for internal teams and partners.
- Lead management of startup pipeline including outreach and evaluation coordination.
- Enable startup-to-partner outcomes by providing essential support and resources.
- Implement robust tracking systems to monitor progress and impact.
- Produce reports and updates for leadership and stakeholders, synthesizing insights.
- Analyze program data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
- Coordinate development of sector-relevant assets to support decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and capability building.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to maintain alignment on targets.
- Contribute to growth initiatives to scale program impact.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in program/project management or ecosystem-led initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience collaborating with startups and ecosystem partners.
- Familiarity with climate, energy, sustainability sectors is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience managing timelines, KPIs, and program delivery.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Strategic planning and program execution abilities required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
