What You’ll Do

• Lead design and project delivery for small to mid-sized commercial and municipal projects.
• Collaborate across disciplines—architecture, interiors, landscape, and planning—to craft innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, guiding them through the design process and building lasting relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Champion responsible design, balancing creativity with code compliance, budget, and schedule.

What You Bring

• Strong design sensibility and technical expertise.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
• Deep understanding of building codes, systems, and construction detailing.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating meaningful spaces.
