The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a large civil defense litigation firm, is seeking a full-time Project Assistant for its Roseland, NJ office. The Project Assistant will provide support to the legal team, including attorneys and paralegals. This role involves managing deadlines, maintaining data accuracy, and liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
This position works collaboratively with the legal practice to provide excellent service to clients in matters relating to medical malpractice, health care liability, products liability, commercial premises liability, construction related injuries, and investigations involving governmental agencies.

Job duties may include:
Obtain, review and analyze documents, including medical records, financial records, or any other relevant information.
Input and manage data in various databases and legal case management systems.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of information in all records.
Manage files, documents, and other types of electronic data.
Coordinate with vendors, facilities, clients, and opposing law firms.
Manage court docket calendar and deadline scheduling.
Generate and distribute status reports, logs, and indexes.
Track project timelines and milestones to ensure deadline adherence.
Perform additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:
