JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a strategic and versatile Project Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can balance structure with creativity, and is passionate about transforming complexity into clarity—and plans into results.

You’ll lead a variety of digital and traditional projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations. From launching new platforms to rolling out strategic campaigns, you’ll be at the center of it all—connecting teams, clients, and outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, lead, and execute projects end-to-end, creating clear timelines, scopes, budgets, and team workflows.


• Drive production processes for web, app, and omnichannel marketing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.


• Assign and guide tasks across multidisciplinary internal teams and external collaborators, keeping all contributors aligned and energized.


• Own financial performance of your projects: estimate costs, control budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure profitability.


• Communicate with clarity and confidence: manage expectations with clients and stakeholders, while ensuring strategic proposals are implemented with excellence.


• Anticipate and mitigate risks, always staying two steps ahead to keep projects on track.


• Ensure quality across all deliverables, pushing for high standards and ensuring consistency with the brief and objectives.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Accounts, Data, and Creative teams to unlock the best outcomes.


• Manage suppliers and external teams, including the secure and strategic handling of sensitive and confidential information.


• Constantly improve how we manage projects, suggesting better ways to plan, execute, and measure success.


• Adapt and lead across multiple project types—from digital campaigns to traditional activations.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in digital and/or traditional marketing environments.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or similar. PMP certification is a plus.


• Solid grasp of project management tools (Trello, Monday, etc.) and digital production workflows.


• Strong financial acumen: ability to estimate, track, and optimize project budgets.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and client-facing work.


• High adaptability to shifting priorities, with strong organizational and time management skills.


• A proactive, hands-on problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability settings.


• Comfortable navigating web and app development processes.


• A team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.


• A plus: experience in creative agencies, media environments, or martech solutions.

LOCATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position offers the flexibility to work mostly remotely, allowing you to connect with our teams and clients from anywhere in North or Latin America. While you can be based anywhere in the Americas, we have a strong preference for candidates located in Puerto Rico or Colombia due to strategic alignment with our core operational regions as well as in person collaboration with the CEO. This setup is designed to foster a dynamic and flexible work environment while maintaining close collaboration with our teams across our major hubs.

Periodic travel will be required to engage directly with teams and clients, ensuring you have the opportunity to strengthen relationships and foster teamwork. Additionally, regular team get-togethers and strategic off-site meetings are part of our culture to promote synergy, brainstorming, and alignment with our company's vision and goals.
