Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (Agile).
- Strong technical and operational management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership roles.
- Expertise in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile Workflow.
- Proficiency in technical skills including Spring Framework, Java, and Hibernate.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
