Job Description - Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and successfully deliver projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning project activities, managing resources, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of assigned projects.
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders.
* Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and priorities.
* Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
* Identify potential risks, challenges, and dependencies while implementing effective solutions.
* Facilitate project meetings, maintain action items, and ensure accountability across teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
* Manage communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
* Support continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and recommending process enhancements.
* Adapt project strategies based on changing business requirements and priorities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Review project goals, priorities, and current progress.
* Conduct team meetings and provide project direction.
* Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and follow up on deliverables.
* Communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Review project documentation and ensure accuracy.
* Resolve issues that may impact timelines or project success.
* Coordinate resources and support team members in achieving objectives.
* Analyze project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
* 3+ years of experience managing projects or leading cross-functional initiatives.
* Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
* Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.

Preferred Skills

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
* Experience working in healthcare, technology, finance, operations, or regulated industries is a plus.
* Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Work Environment

This position may be performed remotely, hybrid, or onsite depending on organizational needs. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing projects independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
