Job Description - Project Manager (m/f/d)

We’re an agile, product-driven team focused on building a next-generation web platform using modern technologies like React, NodeJS, MongoDB, and AWS. Our ecosystem powers robust backend services and intuitive frontends that deliver a seamless experience to thousands of users daily.
We are now looking for an experienced Project Managerto drive delivery across our development teams, ensure product alignment, and foster cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders, designers, and engineers.

Your Responsibilities

Own project planning, delivery tracking, and coordination across engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders
Act as the primary communication bridge between our team and the client, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and priorities
Facilitate regular meetings and demos with the client to gather feedback and provide progress updates
Ensure teams have everything they need to execute — from specs to user stories
Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and communication across the board
Run effective stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings using agile methodologies
Maintain clarity across Jira/Notion (or equivalent tools) with updated roadmaps and progress reports
Contribute to team productivity and continuous improvement of workflows
Align product goals with technical execution, especially in a SaaS or cloud-native context

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a tech-focused environment
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects in agile teams
Experience in direct client communication and stakeholder management
Strong understanding of software development practices and cloud infrastructure
Ability to thrive in a remote-friendly and collaborative culture
Bonus: Fluency in German is a big plus
