Keep projects moving, teams aligned, and launches on track as the operational backbone of a fast-growing CPG brand.

About Us

The company is an organic food company that makes healthy, convenient foods. Join a fast growing, innovative, consumer products company that’s disrupting a category.

What You Will Do

Project Manager, Operations & Commercialization will serve as the operational backbone of our fast-growing company, leading cross-functional projects from concept through launch. Reporting to the COO, this role owns project timelines, stage gates, stakeholder alignment, and the commercialization pipeline, ensuring initiatives stay on track, risks are proactively managed, and leadership has clear visibility into project health.

Commercialization Program Leadership:

  • Own and maintain the master commercialization timeline across all active innovation projects

  • Drive accountability across Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance, QA, Regulatory, Packaging, and Sales to ensure commitments are met

  • Proactively chase down missing information, decisions, and deliverables needed to keep projects moving

  • Identify critical path risks early and clearly articulate business impacts and recommended mitigation plans

  • Escalate issues when decisions, resources, or deliverables threaten launch readiness

  • Deliver regular commercialization status updates to leadership, including project health, key risks, decisions needed, and upcoming milestones

  • Formally hand off new SKUs and processes to the operations team once stable

Project Management & Team Accountability:

  • Manage projects across the ops team, keeping everyone organized, aligned, and moving forward

  • Run recurring ops meetings, manage agendas, and maintain action logs

  • Drive team projects in Monday.com, ensuring tasks, owners, and deadlines are current

  • Support key operational initiatives as assigned by leadership

Process & Systems:

  • Think through systems holistically, accounting for every downstream data touchpoint and process

  • Map and document current-state workflows to build institutional knowledge and support consistency

  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions

  • Build SOPs and operational playbooks that the team can own and execute

  • Support implementation of new tools or systems across the ops team

  • Run post-mortems and capture lessons learned after projects close

Vendor, Supplier & Retailer Coordination:

  • Support onboarding of new vendors and suppliers, ensuring all operational setup is complete

  • Manage retailer compliance projects including labeling requirements, OTIF, and chargeback reduction

  • Validate that labeling, case markings, and pallet labels meet retailer compliance requirements

Who You Are

You are a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager with experience in project management within the food and beverage CPG industry. A proactive self-starter, you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, successfully managing multiple priorities while building processes, driving cross-functional accountability, and influencing stakeholders. You are tech-savvy, collaborative, and an exceptional communicator who can work independently while partnering across teams to drive alignment, execution, and results.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of operations, supply chain, or project management experience in food or beverage CPG

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Experience building or improving operational processes from scratch, not just executing within defined systems

  • Comfortable driving cross-functional accountability without direct authority

  • Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new systems and tools quickly

  • Hands-on experience with NPI or commercialization processes, including supplier and packaging coordination

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, fully remote environment

  • Familiarity with tolling, co-packer, or contract manufacturing environments

  • Experience at a CPG brand where hands-on execution was expected alongside strategic thinking

  • Familiarity with Cin7 Core or similar inventory/MRP systems

  • Experience with retailer item setup, GS1 compliance, or EDI

  • Project Management certification a plus

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $125,000 salary

  • 100% paid Health insurance premiums for employees

  • Vision & Dental coverage

  • 401(k) plan

  • Flexible PTO
