Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong functional knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and hands-on experience managing Agile delivery cycles. This role requires coordinating development teams, breaking down requirements into actionable JIRA stories, managing sprints, and facilitating continuous delivery across Commerce Cloud and associated systems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to work closely with cross-functional technical and business teams. Coding knowledge is not mandatory, but a technical background is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Project, Sprint & Delivery Coordination

Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.

Break down business requirements into JIRA stories, define acceptance criteria, track status, and drive completion.

Create and maintain sprint dashboards, velocity reports, and milestone tracking within JIRA.

Coordinate and follow up with Commerce Cloud developers, CPQ developers, testers, and integration teams to ensure consistent progress.

Maintain RAID logs, track dependencies, identify risks, and ensure timely escalations.

Commerce Cloud Functional Oversight

Strong functional understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) modules including catalog, pricing, product configuration, OM, storefront, OCC APIs, and customer experience flows.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional documentation and user stories.

Support solution workshops and validate deliverables with cross-functional teams.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Collaborate with S/4HANA, CPQ, and integration teams to support end-to-end functionality.

Coordinate UAT cycles, testing schedules, and release readiness.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project reporting, status updates, and communication with leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

8 - 12 years overall experience with Project Management responsibilities.

Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) from a functional perspective.

Hands-on experience in JIRA for story creation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reporting.

Experience leading cross-functional agile teams including developers and testers.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing digital commerce programs preferred.

Technical background or coding experience is a plus but not required.
