Promo Manager

As a Promo Manager, you’ll design engaging campaigns, tournaments, and experiences that delight our players and help grow long-term loyalty and revenue.

🧭 What makes you a great match:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Promo Manager or related positions within the iGaming industry).
• Proven experience in creating promotional mechanics;
• Experience developing user acquisition and engagement strategies using gamification, loyalty programs, and other product-related mechanics;
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights for campaign optimization;
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis;
• Understanding of user segmentation principles and how to apply them in promo campaigns;
• Experience working with product teams, designers, and external vendors to implement promotional strategies;
• Strong communication skills, experience with analytics tools, and ability to quickly adapt to changes;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and a proactive mindset;
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, eagerness to learn, and readiness to embrace new challenges;

📋 Your daily adventures:

• Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones;
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize current promotional mechanics;
• Design and implement gamification elements across projects;
• Monitor key metrics to assess the effectiveness of promotions and make timely adjustments to improve results;
• Analyze the performance of promotional activities and propose improvements to optimize campaigns;
• Create timely and detailed task briefs for cross-functional teams in line with the approved promotional calendar;
• Coordinate with CRM, Product, and other cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive promo strategies;
• Track industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to develop innovative and effective promo solutions;
• Work with different user segments: create and adjust player segments for personalized promotional campaigns;
• Develop reactivation strategies for dormant players;
• Ensure content in promo campaigns is relevant and up-to-date; provide suggestions for improvements.
