Promotion Analyst

DSI is an authorized AT&T partner, that has an immediate career opportunity for a motivated individual to fill one of our key roles as a Promotion Analyst on our SARA Plus software team.

As the Promotion Analyst, you will deliver first-level support to validate new updates along with providing support to internal users.

This is an in-office position that will report to our West Des Moines, Iowa office

Responsibilities

• Support order entry and business management software
• Interact with external customers and internal users
• Logging and escalation of bugs and user feedback
• Work closely with the Application Support team on related projects
• Develop and maintain relationships between different channels and cross-functionally
• Competently work on multiple systems simultaneously

• Basic computer knowledge
• Type a minimum of 30 words per minute
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills
• Capability to adapt quickly to changes
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Efficiently work with a team and independently
• Weekend hours may be required after the initial training has been completed
