An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Property or Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly respected, Legal 500-recognised firm in Liverpool. The position is also open to an experienced Solicitor working entirely remotely!

This award-winning practice, known for its technical excellence and client-focused approach, is seeking a confident and articulate Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE. You will join a close-knit team of specialists handling a broad range of residential and commercial property litigation matters, including more general commercial litigation disputes.

Operating from modern offices in the city centre (and entirely remotely!), the firm offers a dynamic and supportive environment where Solicitors manage cases from start to finish—often contributing to groundbreaking developments in case law. Full Paralegal and Assistant support is provided, ensuring Solicitors can focus on delivering high-quality legal solutions.

While the role is primarily focused on property litigation, the team is open to considering strong commercial litigators with a solid technical background and a genuine interest in property law.
