Job Description - Property Management Assistant

Manage business inbox, responding promptly to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
Use Buildium for billing, invoices, and property management tasks.
Escalate urgent maintenance requests to contractors, prioritizing issues like leaks.
Schedule viewings with prospective tenants for a smooth experience.
Provide general administrative support to the property management team.

Proven experience with Buildium property management software (required).
At least 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or virtual assistance.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with property leasing, maintenance processes, and tenant-owner relations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
