Job Description - PRUEBA Auxiliar

Capris.inSpanish, a leading online retailer for Spanish-speaking customers, is seeking a PRUEBA Auxiliar to join our dynamic team. As a PRUEBA Auxiliar, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our website and product listings. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the Spanish language and culture. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of product listings, website content, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency in Spanish language usage
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and correct any linguistic or cultural errors or discrepancies
Assist with product testing and quality control to ensure Spanish-speaking customers have a seamless shopping experience
Conduct research on Spanish language trends and preferences to guide content and marketing strategies
Stay up-to-date with Spanish language guidelines and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across all communications
Support the development and maintenance of a Spanish customer support program
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions to enhance the overall customer experience
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish (native level) and advanced proficiency in English
Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field
1+ years of experience in proofreading, editing, or translation, preferably in a marketing or ecommerce environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies in language usage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing is a plus
Passion for the Spanish language, culture, and ecommerce industry
