How you will partner with our Participants.

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate program’s clinical treatment services and providing clinical supervision to the program’s clinical and counseling staff.


• Oversee the onboarding and training systems for employees


• Provide documented clinical and administrative supervision of residential Manager and Counselors.


• Conduct performance evaluations of clinical staff and consult with senior management regarding results and recommendations.


• Complete all service documentation including but not limited to the following: service notes, incident reports, medication administration, etc. on the appropriate form and in a thorough and timely manner, as required by State, Federal, and Agency rules, statutes, policy and procedure, and Agency service operation manuals.


• Supervise and direct staff to comply with all consumer data and records documentation requirements, staff qualifications, evidence-based practices training, implementation, supervision, evaluation and fidelity monitoring, accreditation standards, reaccreditation requirements and reporting, auditing, and regulatory review requirements of federal, state, and local agencies.

Leadership

● Collaborate with senior management to develop programmatic strategies to meet the operational requirements of the Agency, ACHC and the state.

● Promote best practice services by providing technical assistance to management.

● Encourage business growth within the current and future markets by working collaboratively with Senior Management.

● Facilitate and approve plans of corrections.

● Participate in all agency required meetings or committees on a regular or as needed basis.

● Represent the Agency to state and local authorities

● Represent the CEO at his/her request.

● Other projects and duties as required by the CEO.

Performance Expectations:

● Serve as a role model for professional and support staff, by consistently conducting self in a professional and ethical manner in all situations, including but not limited to promptness of completing assignments, verbal/non-verbal communications, maintaining professional boundaries, representing the Agency with a professional image, and complying with Federal Anti-Kickback and Medicaid Fraud Laws. ● Monitor State, Optum, and BHA websites for changes to and impact on services to be provided;

● Have or develop a working knowledge of applicable authorization/re-authorization processes, Agency policies and procedures, documentation requirements, and billable tasks;

● Maintain a person-centered focus in all work functions;

Hourly Rate: $30-$40
