This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - REMOTE. The Quality Assurance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service across various interactions by monitoring calls and providing valuable insights. With responsibilities ranging from call evaluation to leading service improvement projects, the analyst significantly impacts patient and provider experiences. Accountabilities
- Review incoming and/or outgoing patient, provider, and client contacts and evaluate performance based on a standard set of criteria.
- Provide onsite leadership support to Quality Representatives and Business Partners/Customers.
- Analyze and provide weekly/monthly trend analysis to management staff.
- Participate or lead projects to help drive quality improvements and/or expand services.
- Host internal/external client calibration sessions.
- Perform additional duties such as taking phone calls and attending training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 8 – 11 years of equivalent work experience.
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience or MA/MS degree.
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email.
- Strong customer service/quality background experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
