This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote QA Analyst (Manager). In this role, you will lead our Quality Engineering initiatives, focusing on AI-driven quality practices and test automation strategies. Your expertise will guide the development of a quality roadmap and the implementation of intelligent automation frameworks, fostering continuous improvement within engineering teams. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on QA experience, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for leveraging AI and automation to enhance quality outcomes across the organization.
Accountabilities
- Define and execute the QA strategy focused on AI-powered testing and automation.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and analysts; establish best-in-class quality practices.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
- Drive quality governance, metrics, and reporting aligned with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate and adopt AI tools to improve test efficiency and defect detection.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for various testing types.
- Oversee planning and execution of test strategies covering functional and non-functional testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define quality criteria.
Requirements
- 6+ years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
- Strong expertise in test automation using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-driven test solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
