• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including both manual and automated testing.
• Previous experience in the AdTech industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, testing tools, and best practices.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites using modern automation frameworks.
• Experience working with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Experience in testing distributed systems or cloud-based applications.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Experience leveraging AI-based testing tools to improve QA efficiency will be a plus.

• Review business requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and actionable feedback.
• Design, create, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios using Jira or similar test management tools.
• Execute comprehensive manual testing for new features, enhancements, and regression testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using open-source frameworks and AI-powered testing tools.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and track software defects throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers to investigate issues and verify bug fixes.
• Monitor test execution results and support debugging activities (browsers and apps).
• Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.
• Ensure software meets functional, performance, and reliability requirements before release.
