Job requirements

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure Quality & Consistency

    • Design, oversee, and execute testing strategies to identify and resolve bugs

    • Align platform functionality with technical standards and user needs

    • Document test results, track issues, and verify fixes

  • Improve Processes & Tools

    • Optimize testing workflows for speed and accuracy

    • Set up and maintain bug-tracking and monitoring tools

    • Collaborate across product and dev teams to enhance user experience

  • Lead Learning & Development

    • Create and deliver training for new tools, workflows, and technologies

    • Guide team members to continuously grow their skills and adapt to changing project demands

    • Keep documentation up to date—making sure training materials and QA processes are well organized

    • Experience in leading projects targeted at optimizing user experience, especially through digital platforms
