QA Tester

We are looking for a motivated QA & Process Assistant to join our team in Zatec. This is a versatile position for someone who can support multiple areas of our operations.

Location: Zatec, 80% onsite

Language: English, Czech

Responsibilities:

• Quickly understand and navigate customer processes.
• Take ownership and responsibility for error-free delivery to production.
• Identify and document issues even when specifications cannot fully verify them.
• Communicate effectively with key users and developers.
• Create process documentation and process diagrams.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work mostly on-site in Žatec.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry.
