QMS Analyst

• • Evaluate the performance of the Quality Management System using key metrics and data.
  • Analyze trends in quality data to identify areas for improvement.
• Process Support & Improvement:
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure QMS integration.
  • Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
• Audits & Compliance:
  • Prepare for and participate in internal and external QMS audits.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality-related data to stakeholders.

• Education: Bac+3/2 in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Max 3 years in a quality assurance or QMS-related role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.

         Skills:

1. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• CAD CATIA & ou NX
• PLM
• Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Certifications in ISO Auditing, Six Sigma, or related quality disciplines.
• Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).
