Job Description - QMS Technical Support Quality

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support for Quality Processes:
    • Address and resolve technical issues related to quality during production or inspection processes.
    • Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
  • QMS Implementation & Maintenance:
    • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS procedures and standards.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant certifications.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement in technical quality processes and recommend solutions.
    • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
  • Audits & Compliance:
    • Participate in internal and external QMS audits, ensuring technical aspects meet regulatory and customer requirements.
    • Document audit findings and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of technical issues.
    • Prepare and present reports on technical quality performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  •  

Education:

Bac+2/3 in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

Experience:

  1. Maximum 3 years in quality assurance, technical support, or a related role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  2. Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Skills:

  1. Strong technical problem-solving skills.
  2. Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • CAD CATIA & ou NX
  • PLM
  • Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
  • Certifications in ISO Auditing, Six Sigma, or related quality disciplines.
  • Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).
