An established real estate brokerage operating across Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota and Colorado is seeking an experienced Farm, Ranch and Recreational Land Sales Agent. Responsibilities

• Generate and manage listings for farm, ranch, hunting and recreational land properties


• Represent buyers and sellers through the full transaction cycle, from initial contact through closing


• Build and maintain a personal client base while participating in company provided leads


• Attend biweekly team meetings and periodic in person company events


• Maintain accurate contact records for company marketing distribution


• Stay current on land values, water rights, commodity markets and other factors affecting agricultural property

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of licensed real estate experience, agricultural land experience strongly preferred


• Demonstrated understanding of real estate contracts and transaction processes


• Established relationships and credibility within a farm or ranch community


• Working knowledge of agriculture, land or livestock operations


• Self motivated and comfortable operating with minimal day to day supervision


• Based in or willing to relocate to one of the target markets across Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota or Colorado
