Job Description:
As a Rates and Availability Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our liveaboard offerings are accurately priced and available for booking. You will manage and update rates, monitor availability, and liaise with operators to provide our customers with the most current and competitive options.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update rates and availability in our booking system.
• Monitor and manage inventory to ensure accurate availability listings.
• Collaborate with operators to obtain and verify rate and availability information.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across all listings.
• Assist the customer service team with queries related to rates and availability.
• Support promotional campaigns by managing special rates and offers.
