Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with motivated seller leads
Conduct listing appointments
Build relationships with homeowners
Guide clients through the selling process
Maintain accurate CRM records
Deliver exceptional customer service from listing to closing
Qualifications
Active real estate license (or willing to obtain one before joining)
Self-motivated and coachable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Committed to following proven systems and processes
Desire to build a long-term real estate business

Requirements
Active real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
Organized and able to manage tasks using a CRM
Ability to work independently while participating in team training and coaching
Professional appearance and conduct when working with clients
