Job Description
Handle real estate transactions from contract to closing, including preparing and reviewing closing documents
Draft, edit, and file real estate contracts, deeds, leases, and related legal documents
Coordinate title searches, surveys, and due diligence materials
Manage client communication, providing updates and gathering required documentation
Organize and maintain case files and ensure accuracy in document management
Assist attorneys with research, filings, and preparation for hearings or closings
Ensure deadlines are met and all compliance requirements are satisfied
Collaborate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title companies throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience as a real estate paralegal in PA
Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania real estate law, contracts, and closing procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal software is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Paralegal certificate or Associates degree preferred
