Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads provided by the company and guide them through the real estate transaction process.
Build, maintain, and develop relationships with clients to facilitate client satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to inform clients about pricing strategies and current market conditions.
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and agreements to clients.
Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and showings for potential buyers.
Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards related to real estate.
Maintain an organized pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a successful Realtor: At least $5M in sales volume within the previous 12 months.
Experience with earning and closing both listing business and buyer purchases.
Technologically savvy: Computer skills and experience with CRM systems and lead management processes.
Experience working and nurturing raw leads, with an understanding of both the short and long game.
Comfortable with both high-value clients and luxury properties, as well as mid-range buyers and sellers.
Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and analyze real estate market trends, and prepare CMA's
Proficient in using technology tools for sales tracking and client management.
Ability to multitask and work effectively to manage a large lead pipeline.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
Membership in good standing with a local real estate board.
Preferred Qualifications:
Country Club (golf) or waterfront experience is a plus and will be preferred.
Willing to work and convert rental leads a plus but will not be not required.
Previous experience working with a technology-driven real estate company.
Comfortable with working and meeting remotely.
Willingness to attend 1 mandatory in-person meeting per year in/near Boca Raton, FL (home of the corporate headquarters).
