Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with schools to source and pre-screen candidates, based on state licensing position requirements.
• Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Manages and coordinates communication with candidates.
• Uncovers talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, campus, professional organizations, networking and referrals. Proactively recruits for critical or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Participates in Indeed virtual hiring events.
• Posts jobs in applicant tracking system.
• Updates center recruiting status regularly.
• Builds and maintains relationships with center directors and regional directors.
• Provides guidance to center directors to more effectively screen, interview, and select candidates.
• Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions, and other recruiting activities.
• Trains new Directors on management system.

To be considered for this position, please have the following:

• Minimum of three years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume, multi-site environment.
• AA or higher in ECE highly desired.
• Previous experience in licensed childcare preferred.
• Knowledge of Georgia childcare requirements a plus.
• Full understanding of applicant tracking systems; experience with Indeed and Workable a plus.
• Extremely detailed and exceptionally well organized with excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding and use of current sourcing techniques and tools, including Indeed. Comfortable using digital technology to augment recruiting efforts.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
