⚙️ How it works

• Refer someone you know who would be a great fit for an open role at CoinTracker through this referral form.

• If your referral is hired as a full-time employee and completes their first 90 days, you’ll receive a $3,500 USD bonus.

• Refer a candidate who gets hired as a FTE and receive $3,500 USD.

🙋‍♀️ Fine print

• Referral Source Verification: Referrers should only submit candidates whom they can personally vouch for professionally or have a direct, meaningful relationship with. CoinTracker may request verification of this relationship to ensure eligibility.

• Referral Limit: Each referrer may submit up to 3 candidates per quarter for consideration under this program.

• Qualified Hires: The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee (FTE) and successfully complete a minimum probationary period (e.g., 90 days) for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.

• Prior Candidates: Candidates who have already applied to CoinTracker within the past 12 months, or are already in contact with the talent team, are not eligible for referral bonuses.

• Eligibility Period: Referrals are only eligible for the referral bonus if the candidate is hired within 3 months of submission for the specific role for which they were referred. If a candidate is hired for a different role than the one specified in the referral submission, the referral will not be eligible for the bonus.

• Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through this form

• Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out after the referred employee completes their first 90 days at CoinTracker. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Program Changes: CoinTracker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.

• Disputes: In the event of multiple referrals for the same candidate, only the first eligible referral received will be considered for the bonus.

• Compliance: All referrals must comply with CoinTracker’s code of conduct and applicable employment laws.

• No Guarantee of Employment: Submission of a referral does not guarantee that the candidate will be interviewed or hired.

• Confidentiality: All referral information will be handled in accordance with CoinTracker’s privacy policy.
