Accountabilities:

    • Drive territory financial performance by executing strategic sales initiatives and tactical business plans
    • Build, manage, and grow a high-performing network of independent agencies
    • Develop and implement annual production, flow, and growth strategies
    • Establish strong, long-term agency relationships through consistent in-person engagement
    • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and growth opportunities to refine territory strategies
    • Lead business development initiatives and promote best practices across agency partners
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and agency experience
    • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve production and profitability targets
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
    • 6+ years of experience in insurance sales, marketing, or sales leadership
    • Proven background in personal lines property insurance and agency management
    • Strong financial, business, and analytical acumen with a results-driven mindset
    • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term relationships
    • Strategic thinker with strong market analysis and planning capabilities
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • High organizational ability with comfort managing multiple priorities
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and reside locally
