· You’ve spent 3-5+ years in channel sales, selling through dealers or distributors.
· You’ve spent 5+ years in outside sales, ideally growing multi-state territories.
· You’ve sold premium products, not commodities. You know how to create value, not compete on price.
· You understand or can quickly earn credibility in the Fire/EMS space.
You are the person who:
· Takes control of a room
· Builds trust fast
· Moves conversations towards a decision
· Is competitive in a real way, not just talk
· Can track the numbers, cares about winning, doesn’t need to be pushed

Compensation
This position offers a competitive compensation package with On-Target Earnings (OTE) well into the six figures, combining a strong base salary with uncapped commission.
