Position Overview
We’re seeking a Registration Representative to support our back-office registration team. In this role, you’ll review and resolve registration issues that may cause claim errors, payer rejections, or denials. If you’re detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a mission-driven team, we’d love to have you join us.
What You’ll Do
Review and fix registration errors flagged during claim edits.
Resolve payer rejections (277 files) and denials related to registration.
Use Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) in EPIC to troubleshoot issues.
Identify and resolve payer mapping or user entry errors.
Manage payer information in client systems (add, remove, update order as needed).
What We’re Looking For
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience: At least 1 year of related experience preferred; equivalent training/education considered.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
Able to work at a computer for extended periods.
Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
