The Regulation Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring Nightingale Education Group, specifically Nightingale College, is in compliance with appropriate state and federal regulations governing distance education access and licensure eligibility for its learners and graduates. The Regulation Specialist will spend time researching state and federal regulations, updating internal tracking, and ensuring proper disclosures are made by various functions within the College. The Regulation Specialist will be researching and communicating with outside state and federal regulatory agencies to address problems and obtain approval for new and current programs offered by the College. This may include attending licensing board meetings remotely or in person as necessary.
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
