We are looking for a Reporting Automation Specialist who enjoys finding smarter ways of working and using technology to improve everyday processes. We are looking for someone technically minded, curious, and proactive — someone who likes exploring new tools, AI-driven solutions, and automation opportunities to make manual work more efficient. If your attitude is “There must be a smarter way to do this” and you enjoy experimenting, learning, and solving problems creatively, then you might be exactly the person we are looking for.

Your role and responsibility

In this position you will be responsible for:

Implement and maintain reporting tools to serve the client's needs for:
1. Portfolio Reporting
2. Quantitative Analysis
3. Risk Management
4. Compliance and Performance Analysis
Creating and improving Excel-based reporting tools and dashboards
Working with data from various sources and ensuring data quality
Automating reporting and operational processes using suitable technologies
Supporting process improvements and exploring AI-driven solutions
Using Excel, SQL, VBA or similar tools for prototyping and automation where appropriate

Your experience and profile

We are looking for:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Interest in automation, AI tools, and process improvement
Basic experience with VBA, SQL, Power Query, Python or similar tools is an advantage
Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to work with and understand structured data (Excel, CSV, XML, JSON)
Good communication skills and fluent English
Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of financial instruments is a plus
