Responsibilities:

• Manage the online reputation ecosystem across social platforms and review sites (Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, Reddit, Google).


• Monitor and analyze brands sentiment, recurring user topics, and search visibility to generate actionable insight reports.


• Engage with customers and online comments/reviews in a timely, professional manner to maintain a consistent brand tone.


• Develop and experiment with strategies to improve positive ratings, visibility, and overall platform activity.


• Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning and stability of all digital platforms.


• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service teams to address systemic feedback and improve the user experience.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM), social media management, or user-facing community roles.


• Strong technical literacy, including an understanding of IT systems and basic SEO principles.


• Proficiency with monitoring and automation tools, such as review platform dashboards and email/automation software.


• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt to a specific brand voice across various public channels.


• Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
