We are looking for Residential Conveyancers to join our fantastic team. If you haven't qualified but have at least 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing with minimal day-to-day supervision, let us know - show us you're interested in joining Eden today.

With 100% remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:

• Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of mixed residential property cases from instruction through to completion
• Provide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from Team Leaders
• Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner
• Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
• Providing proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
• Resolve complex legal issues related to the sale or purchase of a property
• Undertake file audits and reviews
• Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Assist Team Leaders with team development, coaching and mentoring

All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for friendly and diligent residential conveyancers with the following:

• At least 5 years experience in residential conveyancing with minimal day-to-day supervision
• Evidence of up to date knowledge and training including AML
• Strong communication skills
• Strong affinity for digital technology
• Required: experience and competency in freehold and leasehold sale, purchase and remortgage
• Beneficial: experience and competency in transfer of equity and new build
