Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Water Mitigation Estimator to join our team in the Allentown area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property damage estimation, particularly for water, fire, and mold-related losses. Proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility softwares is required, along with a proven ability to work with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess residential and commercial property damage related to water, fire, mold, and other environmental factors.

Prepare detailed, accurate estimates using Xactimate and Simility softwares.

Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.

Negotiate with insurance companies to support fair and appropriate settlement of claims.

Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Restoration and/or Mitigation Estimator in the Restoration or insurance industry.

Strong knowledge of Xactimate and Symbility platforms.

Excellent understanding of insurance claim processes and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines efficiently.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time (M-F 8am to 5pm core hours)
Hybrid Work Environment w/ Company Vehicle and Gas paid for

Salary and Commission Package: $75,000.00 - 95,000.00 per year expected

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
