Job Description - Revenue Ops Strategist (m/w/d)

Trying to scale a business without solid processes is like juggling chainsaws: technically possible, but not ideal. We’ve got the vision, the team, and the product, now we’re looking for a Revenue Ops mind to help us scale with purpose. 

You're someone who loves building systems, making data talk, and turning a good strategy into great execution. Sound like you?
  • Optimize Processes: Design, implementautomate and refine operational workflows to create seamless collaboration between salesmarketing, and customer success.
  • You’ll be the go-to for our CRM: making sure data is clean, systems are humming, and everyone knows what they’re doing in HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that actually get usedanalyze revenue metrics, and turn numbers into recommendation for our stakeholders.
  • Start hands-on as a Market Development Representative, turn inbound leads into SQLs, and use that knowledge to help our Sales Development Representatives sharpen their game.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies.
  • Support revenue planning by using historical data to identify growth opportunities and trends worth acting on.
  • Partner with leadership to roll out tools and processes that boost revenue performance and make clients happy.
  • Follow RevOps trendstest best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the table, for us and for our clients.
  • You studied Mechanical Engineer, Business Administration or a similar field.
  • First experience in sales/revenue opsbusiness analysisor a similar area: internships or working student gigs totally count!
  • You're comfortable with data: whether it’s in Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM.
  • You’re a team player who communicates clearly and brings good vibes to the (real or virtual) office.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • You’re curiousorganized, and love turning chaos into structure
  • You’re not afraid to ask questionsdig into processes, and suggest smarter ways to do thingswe love fresh ideas
  • Bonus points if you've worked with CRM-tools like HubSpot, but we’re happy to teach you.
