About This Role:

The RN Agency Program Supervisor is responsible with assisting the efficiencies and productivity for the program. The Supervisor will serve as a subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to the team, as well as direct supervision, hiring, and training of program staff. The Supervisor will do this by working closely with the Program Leaders. A large focus on an employee-oriented department that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development, and high team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred, accompanied by nursing experience working in a hospital or home-health care setting. Experience with both adult and pediatric care a plus.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
• One year of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must possess intellectual strength and have an understanding of internal systems 
• Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
• Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes.
• Ability to travel independently across the Accra geographic service areas. 
• Knowledge of Federal and State Statutes, applicable to PCA and Basic Homemaking services.
