RN or LSW CASE MANAGER PP/AL

Description

   Position Requirements: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Registered Nurse (RN)Details:

• 1. Ability to relate well with all individuals, community agencies, and Area Agency staff.
• 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 3. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills.
• 4. Successful completion of the Ohio Dept. of Aging certification required within 6 months of employment.
• 5. Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully, and effectively.
• 6. Ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• 7. Ability to prioritize, organize and maintain accuracy in a flexible job environment.
