Primary Job Duties:
Oversee and ensure accurate completion of weekly payroll for employees at all day center locations within the region, as finalized by site administrators.
Supervise weekly billing processes at each center to guarantee alignment with census data and budgetary controls, ensuring all necessary corrections are made prior to invoicing.
Provide support and backup for RN Administrators in addressing operational issues and serve as interim administrator during their periods of paid time off.
Guarantee compliance with all regulatory requirements at each location by ensuring thorough updates and training on new or revised policies and procedures, including on-boarding training for newly hired administrators.
Collaborate closely with other service line directors, including those in Transport and Home Care, to foster company-wide unity, drive organizational growth, and enhance client care coordination.
Review completed CACFP spreadsheets monthly for accuracy at each center. Conduct quarterly monitoring visits to verify compliance, identify issues, and submit corrective action plans as needed.
Deliver annual in-service education and training on current and updated regulations to RN Administrators, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all required topics. Maintain thorough administrative employee records and ensure continued compliance with DPH and DHHS standards.
Conduct both random and scheduled audits at each location, no less frequently than quarterly, reviewing member and employee files, CACFP documentation per SCDSS regulations, and readiness according to DPH and DHHS requirements.
At least 1 year of documented work experience working with Older Adults or Adults with Specialized Care Needs in residential, non-residential settings or in Adult Day Health Care
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or at least two (2) years of college or technical school with four (4) years experience in the field of nursing, preferably in the area of related to health and social development for the aging and disabled.
Current SC RN license in good Standing (Required)
Documented work experience successfully managing staff, budget, and ensuring regulatory compliance
Travel Required for this position including but not limited to the Midland SC region covering the following day center locations: Rock Hill, Columbia, Aiken and North Charleston.
